Yet in practice we really get this:
“This comment, which referred to the politician’s weight, has prompted the German government to demand that we hand over the user’s data so they can identify and potentially imprison them for up to five years,”
I am glad the UK is banning itself from the public internet. I suggest we disconnect that island to prevent the madness spreading.
We need a decentralised internet
The internet is decentralised. The fact that a silly quango in the UK has no power over what a US company serves is proof of that.
