When fees are low is a great time. They are pretty darn low at the moment. If you really like to save sats, set a really low sat/byte. Check out this site (by the way, it's probably the most useful single page in all of Bitcoin):

*A thing about consolidating UTXOs is that it may have privacy tradeoffs. Don't mix KYC with non KYC UTXOs. I probably wouldn't want to mix UTXOs with different sources at all.
