SN needs an SN Tips post, ... or "style guide for beginners", (like a SN best practices or something like that).
For instance, posting a link to a podcast, ... I see @ThrillerX_ prefixed a post's title with the šŸŽ§ headphones emoji. Perfect -- I can tell that SN Post is for a podcast / audio without having to click.
How about something for video links? (e.g., Youtube, Rumble, whatever). This? šŸŽ„
I'm probably oldschool, but I'm not fan of non-text in the post titles. Just put (Podcast) in the parentheses after it... :)

Many people have asked for post guidelines. This is a good idea. Anyone have anything else they'd like to be in there?

How about posts with a link to reputable domains show a checkmark (green perhaps?). Hovering over the checkmark shows "verified external domain" or something. It's a matter of time before someone starts posting links to fake/scam websites. The first verified domains could be the top 100-250 domains already posted on the platform.

IMO, That introduces an uneven playing field that benefits the incumbents, and slippery slope towards censorship.

Maybe you are right about the uneven playing field. The WoT does not make it an even field for everyone posting already so this wasn't too far a stretch IMO.

It'd hard to determine which domains are reputable in a reliable way - this an entire business in itself.
I'm not sure it's necessary either. Trusted users won't upvote scams so scams shouldn't rank high.
Happy to change my mind though.
