I use Zeus with my nodes, Alby Go connected to the hub, and Blixt for some stuff. I really liked Phoenix. It was very convenient.

No, ACINQ (the company that develops it) announced last year around the time the Samourai guys got arrested that they were no longer going to make it available in the US.
