I always regarded the switch to non-custodial as part of adhering to Bitcoin's principles. This is kind of a revolution at work and as such I would like for SN to never switch back to custodial.

IMO, it's okay for me if some people want to give up part of their freedom to make their life a bit easier, like attaching wallets maybe with external services, but not in SN's name.
