I saw that one. The journal seemed very random for what would be a huge breakthrough. Also, the authors have quite random affiliations, including a Ministry of Finance if i recall well. Not that it should matter, but crackpot history unfortunately tells us it does. If it's true, it'll get picked up soon enough and we'll hear more about it.
