After some reflection, Minshew is the worst. Jimmy G sucked, but a lot of what I hated was Josh McDaniels' offense and it's not fair to put that on Jimmy.
The way Minshew played QB was uniquely horrific, even considering how bad Getsy's offense was.

Minshew was pretty good with the Colts. Maybe he was uncomfortable being around Mad Maxx after he called him a "little ass boy".
