Most all of my work is related to Amazon selling, and so I can quite easily say that the bane of my existence is seller support - the most useless, incompetent, and frustrating thing I have ever encountered.

in a sick twist, this is almost a benefit to me, because business owners and sellers get so frustrated with amazon support , they end up seeking out people like me to help.
