What is your pet peeve at work?

my biggest pet peeve are the very general statements of the problem, or no problem statement at all... just dumping the data into my workflow for me to figure out. 

i follow the work checklist the same way every time, however a specific problem statement not only speeds up my work, but also significantly improves detection of the problem. 

this is why i actually do not mind interruptions by a phone call, because that's a reliable way to ask for THE PROBLEM STATEMENT!
