You probably mean lefties. Liberals have always been pro free trade and capitalism.
Shitlibs are the "liberals" in the graph you posted, Classical Liberals are a statistical non-factor... even if they weren't, then to your point, the line would be flat because at least they're consistent.
All the graph shows us is that shitlibs have no principles and are therefore inconsistent.
