I can't agree. Most of US cities are much more sanitized and cleaner than the developing nations especially in the SE Asia
Yea, the shitty areas here are pretty few and far between. I've never seen a human taking a dump in my city for instance

That was pretty common 10 years ago everywhere in India, especially in sub urban and rural India.
However you can still instance people peeing in the open.

Yuppp! It's changed drastically in last 10 years but I think it'd still require 10 more years to go piss free corners in the streets.
