Yes you are! One of the cool things they do is remain in the hunt to win each year due to clever recruitment so never really go into a full rebuild like some teams in the comp. Will play well then have retirement or people leave then end up at bottom of the ladder to do a rebuild

I also love that part of their identity is giving older legends one last chance at glory. That’s a big part of Raiders history too.
