think again what is a pass-port ? is a permission to use a port, right? what is a port? do I really need to use a port?

I don't know what you mean. You usually need a port if you are traveling by sea and ports can be privately owned and you likely need permission to port there...
Same goes for air-ports.
So your answer is risk deportation / jail? So your answer is don't use commercial travel?
Sound cool and very edgy but not very practical.

You can use commercial travel if you find a company that offers you a CONTRACT that fits your needs. It's all contract in this world.
