Not despising or arguing with you, but @0xbitcoiner mentioned here #333299 that Bitcoin is not 100% decentralized. I can't disagree 100%, but I think it is. If not, then What makes Bitcoin not 100% decentralized?
Here's the Bitcoin key players, ordering is for convenience only:
  1. The Users
  2. The Developers
  3. The Nodes
  4. The Miners

Where does the element of centralization comes in?

I understood what he meant in the comment on the post, but the word decentralization is appropriate to describe bitcoin since none of these players can centralize all aspects of bitcoin in themselves. Only miners discover blocks, only nodes organize them, only users sign their own transactions, and so on.
