  • Robosats has been quiet to start the weekend. Total offers are down a bit. I guess the big change over the past 24 hours is that there are more buyers than sellers, despite this week’s pump. Again, until we get more liquidity here, I don’t think we can draw definitive conclusions from this data.
  • I saw another new gift card being used– a US Best Buy card. I like to mention these things to show people that if you do receive a gift card, you have the opportunity to stack some no-KYC bitcoin on Robosats. There are more assets being traded here than fiat through banks.
  • I finally got access to the simplex group yesterday. It seems to be a pretty vibrant group. Use this resource if you need help. It turns out I wasn’t the only one having trouble joining. Apparently the link listed on the robosats front end has problems. Use this link from the old telegram group: https://t.me/robosats/43828
  • I added a few more links below. If anyone knows of any I am missing, please let me know.

You know what would be cool? A graph, showing changes in the above stats.
And also total offers, in each currency (like 50 USD, 20 EUR, etc)

@SimpleStacker and @optimism are looking to do exactly that. I like your idea. I also want to track offers by coordinators. I just don't want to clutter the post with too much data. The graph idea is a no brainer. It would be great. Maybe I'll add a few more categories too.
I looked at the API and it looks like all this data can be easily accessed. The problem is I don't have the technical chops to do it.

Alright. I guess I'm making a "dashboard" next to the live view I already have at robostats (onion), snapshotting it every hour instead of every 5 minutes.
  1. Global stats over time from api/info - i.e. what you have in your stats above.
  2. Bid/Ask count/depth over time per currency and coordinator from the orderbook, which I'm already processing.

Great. Can you post the link again for everyone?

It should be ZERO sellers of BTC.
reply
I think a lot of the sellers are just buying, from Strike or others, and immediately selling.

Hello, I'm a new stacker who is in progress to dig deeper into the rabbit hole. Hope to stack more sats here. Cheers!
