This whole thing just seems like yet another derivative that ultimately props up fiat while further diluting the supply of bitcoin with paper bitcoin.
If Mallers is able to provide proof of reserves, then it might force Saylor to follow suit and we can cryptographically “audit” the solvency of both entities.

I hadn’t seen this particular post but I saw another good post from Adam about 21 the other day.
This seems like a lot of jargon but also gives me some more rabbit holes to go down.

Everything but self-custody is totally useless but I want to see who is actually holding keys and if anyone can even remotely prove that have the sats they claim they have.
I don’t believe that Saylor/Strategy has what he claims he has.

I can’t zap if I’m tagged, but I think this is cool.
It seems like these audits are less useful for public companies considering all the scrutiny they’re already under, but it’s good to know they’re not misrepresenting things.
