OK, I bought a 10 000 000 sat channel from megalithic for 154000 SATs. I will use it , but I am thinking that if I wasn't exploring different bitcoin things, doing something like this just to receive money seems very expensive. This is for the hypothetical scenario where you receive salary and what to accumulate money with time.

For a total noob starting from zero, yes, this is the expensive and complicated way. I've explained in this guide a better way to accumulate sats for "zero to hero" noob: https://darth-coin.github.io/beginner/getting-started-stack-sats-en.html
Also keep in mind that now Zeus integrate a cashu wallet in the embedded node, so easily can accumulate in cashu and once you have a decent amount migrate to a proper LN channel (I will update the guide with this latest option).
