📈 Some numbers on RoboSats disputes

If you're hesitant about trading on RoboSats, the latest trade statistics might ease your mind.
Over the last 90 days, my coordinator hosted 4,504 orders with takers :
  • 4,190 (93.0%) completed successfully without any disputes.
  • 🤝 196 (4.4%) ended in collaborative cancellations in chat (without disputes).
  • ⚖️ 45 (1.0%) were marked as "successful order" after disputes.
  • 🚩 43 (1.0%) ended with a Robot being punished after disputes.
  • 🔸 30 (0.7%) resulted in collaborative cancellations after disputes.
Overall, 94.0% of RoboSats trades completed successfully!
What does this mean for you?
When trading on RoboSats, you have about a 94.0% probability that everything will end well. 😀
And, if you consider friendly collaborative cancellations (without disputes) as positive outcomes, your chance of a good or neutral outcome jumps to 98.4%.
Conclusion:
Although not perfect and not entirely free from unpleasant edge cases, trading on RoboSats is smoother than some might think. I think that these statistics are especially interesting if you consider the fact that In Robosats user privacy is protected to the point there is no system in place to rate users reputation.
You can expect similar results in all coordinators, in this NOSTR post the data from TheBigLake:
Is it not possible to know what the causes of these open disputes are? It would be interesting to know how many of these are scam attempts or user errors.
Regardless, these numbers reinforce reliability and security.
