I enjoy doing squats. Regular small dose exposure to pathogens is good for the immune system.

I don’t pick up money in public places.
I remember the first time I stepped over a $5 and didn’t even look back. I had this weird sense of freedom that I didn’t need that $5 as I once did.
I live a good life so I tell myself that someone else needs that money more than I do.
I hope some kid finds that and it mints a core memory.

The effort it takes to pick up the penny is worth more than the penny, especially considering what you gotta do to get value out of that penny after.
Its arguably more economical to toss a second penny on the floor.
