pull down to refresh

These days, socialists are seen as defenders and bearers of all virtues — almost like saints. I live in a country that’s socialist to the very edge of what could be called communist, although I already consider it as such. What I see is victimhood being rewarded and reinforced by politicians and the so-called defenders of those virtues.
Criminals, freeloaders, and illiterate people are rewarded with money stolen from all “citizens.” The constitution itself is a crime against any free individual.
Strangely enough, many people here do run their own businesses and hate taxes. But they’re tied to a system that claims to protect them while it robs them. It’s nearly impossible to have a productive conversation with anyone here about ending the state or achieving sovereignty — it almost feels like you’re saying something illegal.
And so I carry on, stacking my humble sats and planning a sovereign life a few years from now — doing everything I can to loosen the grip of the state.

Thank you so much. I gain even more from all the ideas shared here — good or not.
