It’ll be interesting to see if this will be a Jobs ~> Cook situation where the successor, Greg Abel, is able to lead Berkshire-Hathaway higher, or this will mark the beginning of their demise.

He’s still saying on as chairman. Overall, pretty impressive when you consider people 10 years younger don’t have the mental acuity he does.
Abel will do a good job. He has been grooming him for years. Abel coming from the energy side might be a bit less antagonistic towards Bitcoin. Not saying they will buy it but maybe stop calling it rat poison.
It’s hard to argue against the genius that is Buffet, but he definitely got Bitcoin wrong. To be fair, he was mostly a value stock guy, so I think Bitcoin was a little out there for him.
