Did you throw up after the race?
All my long runs over 20k had the same finish, all food and water were "escaping" from my body.
What about an average heart rate, why is it so high? Were you training always with 170+?
No, I did not throw up after the race. I've never thrown up after long runs.
I usually train with 160ish heart rate. I think I was going harder than usual because I wanted to complete the run in under 4 hours, which had been my goal throughout training. Which is probably why I couldn't sustain the pacing past 33km and became much slower during the final 9 or so kilometers.

You're an iron man. It's great to have so strong stomach. Never completed 42'195, it's still my dream. The longest run was 33k and I felt so bad I thought I'm dieing.
I wish you reach your goal next time even it'll be 03:59:59:999
