No, I did not throw up after the race. I've never thrown up after long runs.
I usually train with 160ish heart rate. I think I was going harder than usual because I wanted to complete the run in under 4 hours, which had been my goal throughout training. Which is probably why I couldn't sustain the pacing past 33km and became much slower during the final 9 or so kilometers.

You're an iron man. It's great to have so strong stomach. Never completed 42'195, it's still my dream. The longest run was 33k and I felt so bad I thought I'm dieing.
I wish you reach your goal next time even it'll be 03:59:59:999
