I'm here just to complaint about the title of this post.
One would really hope that atomic clock is off by less than 1 sec/year...

It's my mistake and I have just corrected it!
Thank you for your feedback and attention on the details. That's why ~news NEEDS second eyes and people like you who care, pay attention and are willing to spend a few sats to report incorrect facts/news! That's why reports and commitment like that should be generously rewarded (just zapped you 😉).
P.S. I know that these days the term "fact checkers" became a dirty expression because all the attacks coming from politics and the fact that the majority of bigtech corps, TVs, social media and the so called "independent" news outlets weaponized it by making it a tool for censorship, disinformation and manipulation.
But the best part is that there is hope because I'm sure and really determined that Bitcoin and its unique PoW consensus mechanisms are the ultimate solution of this colossal human problem by simply giving us the power and technical instruments to combat all those fake news and propaganda proponents converting them to the biggest sponsors of the honest people & the emerging trend of new type of Bitcoiner reporters or whistleblowers.
