I'm looking to buy coffee with bitcoin (LN), and the stacker who knows the most about coffee is @StillStackinAfterAllTheseYears. So this is also sort of a DM to him.

Does anyone know of a good source of coffee to buy online for sats? We like to grind our beans, but we don't have the knowledge or fancy palate like stillstackin

When I spent more time on Nostr, I know there were folks selling coffee for btc there, but I'm too picky about my coffee (and too stingy with my stack, especially given the last year) to have tried any of them, I'm afraid!

I have heard that cats are alien spies!! They spy for the ELohim.

We just put a new screen on our sliding screen door because the cats use it as a handy climbing device and a notification that they want to come in and eat. It was beautiful for only one day!! We forgot to try to break their old bad habits of how screen doors work and their function in life. We are looking forward to more small flying insects in the house again!

Not sure, why no cats. I would speculate that the backers, authors, directors and actors, for some reason, disliked cats. I cannot understand that, maybe because I like cats and dogs. You don’t see any dogs, either. Could it be that the complications of having animals would have been too much for the movies?

Happiness Journal 8/5/25

I was a man on a mission today. I only had two periods to guide my students to prepare their thank-you notes in anticipation for their engagement with public transport workers next Tuesday. But even if time was tight, I wanted them to do work that we could be proud of. So, I asked the Art teacher if I could borrow her colour pencils and marker pens. Thankfully, she said yes.

Once I reached the classroom, I was the consummate general, directing every student to do something. Some drew; some coloured, and others wrote notes. Their level of rapt concentration was exhibited at a level as rare as sighting a unicorn.

In the end, they produced art works that delighted my senses.
