It was just lemon pepper chicken thighs and asparagus. Probably higher calorie than my normal dinner though. Definitely way more salt.

1 apple, 80g oatmeal, 30ml maple syrup, 450g 2% Greek Yogurt, 42g honey. Would have been my dinner last night.
