Only fiat maxis are afraid to spend their sats because some day in the future their coffee will worth gazillion dollars.
Now on the other side, as I always remind you all
That means spend you sats on things you really need in the right moment. Also is time to change the mentality of "buying bitcoin" into earning bitcoin. Once you start earning only bitcoin you will see that Darth was right.

If you’re only HODLing and never transacting, you’re treating Bitcoin like gold. But Bitcoin’s strength is also being usable. Spend it, replace it, repeat,it’s real circular economy behavior.
