Yes you can but not sure if with a Start9 is easy, due to its closed bundle packaging.
You will have to install and use Alby Lite LN Address server with NWC and use it for any sub-accounts you create on that AlbyHub.

Another option will be to install a LNbits, but I recommend out of your Start9, on another machine (for example a simple VPS) and point it to your LN node on Start9.

With LNbits you can create as many accounts you want and for each a LN address with Pay Link extension.
You then also install the NWC extension and they can use NWC.
With both AlbyHub and LNbits you can limit the funds to each account for better control.
