there is nothing inherently tyrannical about restricting kids' access to certain foods and content, as long as kids get a thorough explanation as to why those items are harmful; kids have to get a proper education starting with the difference between what is right & wrong, then learning how to think a few steps ahead, as well as studying a variety of disciplines; the most fundamental classical disciplines are:
  • trivium: grammar, logic, rhetoric
  • quadrivium: mathematics, geometry, music, astronomy [or more generally numbers in time & space]
debating what kids shud or shud not have access to without teaching them the fundamentals, is stupid! is this Aaron Stupped really going to let his children wear Bluetooth headphones, watch toxic blue-light screens, and eat poisonous industrial sludge? now, when they become sick, is he going to say "well kiddo, u had free will, you fucked around and found out?"
"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it." ~ KJV Proverbs, 22:6
