Sometimes ChatGPT and similar tools provide incorrect answers to simple logic or maths problems. However, this is easily remedied by guiding the AI to solve things step by step.
The simplest way to do this is to add a phrase such as 'show the solution step by step' to your prompt. Another approach is to break the problem down into smaller parts and ask the AI to tackle them one at a time.
I learnt this the hard way when I tried to write a small program using ChatGPT. As I had no coding experience, I naturally worked step by step, starting with a basic prompt and then asking the AI to add, fix or adjust things one piece at a time. And it worked!
Later, I decided to combine all the prompts into one big request to save for the future. However, when I gave this to ChatGPT for testing, the result was nonsense.
Here’s what I learned: Don't give employees big, complex tasks straight away — most people aren't much smarter than ChatGPT.
Don't try to tackle a huge problem all at once by yourself — you probably aren't capable of that either.
And don't try to build a massive start-up straight away. Because your flaws, combined with those of your team, will only multiply.
The first version of your start-up should be as simple as possible.
Take it step by step — that’s how progress is made.

The use of Ai nowadays if spreading like covid did back 5y ago. People does not think anymore and the worse, trust the answers Ai is providing.

If you have this reputation for your employees... g'luck with the rest! You better hire chadGPT then!
Step-by-step is how things should be done, I agree. People expect to be like in the matrix, loaded with knowledge and be able to have things done. Going to the moon was not a day job. One not gonna have a child in one month with 9 women...

While it is true that employees should be better than their managers, there are no absolutes.
Some of my best employees were those who developed and maintained the relevance of the business processes that their subordinates followed. My favourite Balanced Scorecard (Kaplan and Norton) allowed all personnel to follow a single goal, clearly tracking their own and their department's indicators, as well as those of the entire company.

And probably that wont change if they keep using it

))) but I use ChatGPT every day for simple tasks that don't require much thought. For example, I use it to:
  1. preparing simple but personalised responses to dozens of emails;
  2. to summarise an article or material that I don't want to read in full, but still want to be aware of;
  3. to check calculations or conclusions that I make on simple tasks for clients. and so on.

I'd never use it for such personal todo...
