Having no furniture and sleeping on the ground so I end up getting down and up from the floor 10+ times per day without having to plan for it.
I also prefer body powered travel over all other kinds - walking, biking, and I'd like to skateboard but I probably won't.

Haha, love the honesty. I feel similar about surfing :) But IDK, I still feel like I might... someday, in the right place, with the right people.
I slept on a yoga mat for like 3 months straight at one point last year! I still do it from time to time but probably not as often as I should. For one, it was easier to wake up in the mornings (it's obviously not as comfortable laying there and getting cozy as in a bed) and I think it was probably good for my posture and back as well, although I don't think I had any real problems nor did I pay that much attention to those aspects.
There is no limit of age to learn skateboard :
