I started unconventional pull-up because my bar is not high enough
I pull up for 3 seconds then slowly lower myself (at least 3 seconds and go slower as you build strength)
Nice. From what I understand the negative/eccentric part of every exercise is super important. It's something I have to keep reminding myself of though, quicker and more "explosive" movements tend to come more naturally for most, I guess. Especially when training while listening to music... :)
