Kinda curious about what they are trying to build. If I wanted to trust a company with my video I would just use Apple/Google/Microsoft. They are a company so it makes sense they would want to keep their code proprietary but what reason is there to use the service?
In their ToS, they describe Keet as a video conferencing platform. I don't know how you can make money off that without selling user meta-data (which their ToS doesn't say they do).
Further, I can't figure out how they plan to turn a profit. Their ToS only mentions the possibility of fee-based / premium services. I guess they are funded by some VC(s) and are going to figure out how to make money later.
