Ate well! Napped! Walked! Not bad, not bad.
And a major business goal met, which means I can make more time for health. I said today "I've been sprinting." and my partner pointed out that sprinting for six weeks is more like a marathon. I don't have to work 16 hour days and I can take most of the weekend off. I'm going for a run.
What a relief! Just being free of that stress will be great for you.
Also, I'm not envious of many things, but the ability to nap is one of them. Good for you.

Exhaustion is my ambien.
I am unfortunately not modelling healthy sleep. One of my daughters is a night owl and an overworked student. I try to be in bed by midnight most nights but she is often up much later than that doing homework.
Sleep is a habit and so is bad sleep. I am pretty tired but still only got 7 hours last night. Ah well. Since I'm up, I'm going for a run.
