yeah - we're aware. Its something that can not be fixed urgently. Requires a lot of re-architecture.
We'll have to deal with it for now. We'll stop creating any new multi-options sports markets until we resolve the performance issues of multi-option markets.

There is always a risk with Multi-option markets. If the market does not attract a lot trades/traders, then its a big loss for liquidity provider i.e. us.

Yes - we're aware of the performance issues on multi-options markets. We'll start working on re-architecting from next week. It was a documentation week at Predyx this week, no development was done :(
You're seeing performance issues because the NBA still has 32 teams * 2 outcome * number of days = 64 price points * number of days. We did not intercept the performance issue earlier.
Things may improve slightly after we resolve NO to the eliminated teams. Should we resolve all the teams to NO with less than 0% chance?

Sorry I forgot to mention: We had to cancel that market and issue refund as there was no early trading activity. All the trades came after the new pope was announced.
I had informed @Coinsreporter that we'll be canceling. He bought almost half a million shares after the announcement.
