Actually: not a lot. BTC hitting 200k or 1m actually means the US dollar will have fallen to 500-100 sat/$. Such a devaluation will seriously threaten the US world domination power - and they will fight back. As in: You swap any serious amount into BTC, the Feds show up at your door the next minute and charge you with financial terrorism.
So: you stay low, and hodl on...

The other federation members, while not being able to produce blocks (which are the 15 functionaries only), are not just Marketing though. They have a PAK (pegout key) and can thus perform peg-outs to BTC onchain

Ecash is great, in theory. I just don't see any scenario where a mint it not considered a custodial mixer for Bitcoin: you deposit (any) utxos, and get perfectly private ecash out.

Tornado Cash devs are thrown into jail for just deploying code. But actually custodying funds and in return issuing "untraceable eCash" is just gonna go unnoticed?! LOL, gtfo.
Whoever operates these mints has already one foot in jail. And no, going dark is virtually impossible, since these mints require reputation for people to put their money there. They are an too easy target
