Wow! It's just like the "fast mover", "tic tac" and "gimbal" footage. It looked like it took damage, I wasn't expecting that, because I've seen one video where an object like that looked as if it phased through water.
Would love to see more like this.
Jack Mallers has been talking about his theory of Trump's plan to debase the dollar against gold and bitcoin.
Foreign countries aren't buying US treasuries anymore. They're considered junk.
Foreign individuals do want stablecoins like USDT. Tether is one of the largest holders of US treasuries.
Over time, Tether will buy more T-bills. USDT backed by US treasures a.k.a. dollar a.k.a. US debt instruments.
Then when the time is ready, the Fed does the big print. Money printer go brrr. Dollar value tanks vs. Bitcoin. Oh that USDT you're holding? Worthless against Bitcoin. Bitcoin Strategic Reserve strong, very strong.
Something like that idk
I was just memeing. I saw a post about a travel agency and I couldn't help myself. Here's the original. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ReXHwSS0r5U
I haven't, but nothing beats a jet2 holiday. And right now you can save up to £50 per person! thats £200 off for a family of four!
Ah this was a bummer. It looked good at first but then when I dig in, it looks like pre-pre-alpha with no working examples. I was hoping there was something I could try out.
I like this. My older spec computer loves this. Performance you can feel. Lots of easter eggs on the page too, that's fun.

Hi NVK
Fran Finney was on WhatBitcoinDid a year ago. She talked about her time caring for Hal, the time they were swatted, what kind of man he was, how he died, and details on the cryofreezing. I highly recommend a listen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00_sakWbmZY
I haven't experienced any self-driving car, but I really want to. Until then, I'll keep watching AI DRIVR with excitement.
I thought you meant this Udi (the drama!) but then I realized you're talking about an individual I've never heard of and I stopped caring.
Games. This sort of thing can go viral when it's decently playable and advertised that it was made by a kid. I've seen a few of stories like that on HN.
Some ideas that come to mind.
- Character dress-up game.
- Choose your own adventure story game with hand-drawn pictures you can click on.
- Platformer with bespoke art
Monetization can be pretty hard to integrate so I wouldn't suggest a freemium model right off the bat, but I think you can get pretty far and hit that $100 goal with just a goal progress bar and a plea.
There's also itch.io which is a great way to publish a game and ask for people to pay whatever they are willing to. Of course that's fiat only, but if you publish there and on your own website where you have a LN donation widget, that would be even better.
What's like, the point of this post? Are NFTs and memecoins somehow restricting you from using Bitcoin? Are you incapable of spending more than 1sat on a transaction fee to get your transaction higher priority and included in a block? Gimme a break, the tx fees have been 1000s of times higher what they are right now. The fees right now are a blessing.
He is right, we have invited some of the worst, most speculative and desperate people to Bitcoin... They don't transact, they don't hold their own keys or run a node, all they care about is 'speculation'.
People doing things you don't like is part of freedom.
I don't like that title. Makes it sound like password managers are maliciously designed to steal your creds.
Better title: How password managers are vulnerable to this newly discovered attack
I started doing this recently. Instead of using Github issues to track my todos, I just put everything in my README.md. Saves time and I don't have to go hunting for my notes. When titled, "Project Requirements", my todo list becomes part of the documentation. It belongs there!
I start with a template something like this
# project title
project description
# project requirements
* [ ] help the user with x
* [x] help the user with y
* [ ] help the user with z
# dev notes
## note A
foo
## note B
bar

Or you could use Qubes and set up a virtualized OS for each persona. It's got a way to color code each OS's windows so it's hard to get them mixed up.
I remember there was controversy over Michael Herrera's pin during that conference. Those comments seem to have disappeared from the comment section though.
I knew this story sounded familiar. I previously heard it from the National Press Club 2023 UFO/UAP briefing video.
