I think the real starting point should be October 1. That is the new fiscal year for the federal government that is voted in this Trump maga Congress.
We are still on the Biden era of spending via a continuing resolution a fancy way of saying we are spending at the previous yearâs funding level
Itâs wild to me how node runners are running to this implementation knowing their fate is in the hands of one developer over 1.0 sat transactions.
This op_code thing really broke peoples minds
I know a lot of Bitcoiners wanted them to fight to the end but soon as that verdict comes in we all go back to our freedom while they go to federal prison for who knows how long.
So Iâm not super upset or deflated that they took the deal. But this should fuel bitcoiners to change the laws on the books and fight for our rights!
Architecture firm Pickard Chilton recently announced the completion of The Eight, a mixed-use high-rise in downtown Bellevue, Wash. At almost 800,000 sf total, the 25-story building includes about 500,000 sf of office space, 11,000 sf of retail, and five levels of below-grade parking for tenants.
Developed by Skanska USA Commercial Development, the tower features a carbon-efficient, heavy timber pavilion that serves as the entry for the ground-level public amenity spaces. The pavilionâs extended canopy blurs the line between the indoor and outdoor spaces. A publicly accessible lobby lounge called the Living Room opens onto the public plaza.
Although no revised completion dates were announced for the project known as Ohio One, Intel's chief executive officer Lip-Bu Tan said in a July 24 earnings call that "we will further slow the pace of construction in Ohio to ensure that spending is aligned with market demand."
The project, which is being led by general contractor Bechtel, includes 2.5 million sq ft of buildings including 600,000 sq ft of clean room production space.
Man tough position to be in for these developers. They didnât roll the dice like Ross did but at the same time it makes me wonder what does this mean for the development space going into the future
