Sleep is something that is often overlooked while people tried to optimize for other things.
People are having low testosterone, problems with always feeling hungry, low energy, or anxious and will take medications for it before they Make a diligent effort to be disciplined about sleep hygiene.
Avoiding caffeine and alcohol within 8 hours of bedtime is a big one
Keeping the room at 65ยฐ f
Blackout blinds and noise canceling headphones
Stretching immediately before bed
Those are some things that I do but there are more things to be aware of if you Google the term "sleep hygiene".
So many times people show up to the pharmacy counter and they have no idea which medications they are being started on or what they are supposed to do.
On top of that, they were not told which therapeutic lifestyle modifications would make the medications in future doctor visits less frequent.
Over the years I've counselee a few people on practical things that they can do. A select few have came back And they're prescriber had taken them off of high blood pressure, cholesterol, and prediabetes medications because of the education I provided that they took action on.
Once I saw the impact I could have on people that wanted to implement on knowledge that I have, I decided to start Proof of Work Fitness.
I always advise patients that they have to be their own health advocate.

What are Stackers dealing with on the day to day?
Are you using a lot of willpower just trying not to overeat on the fiat foods in the drive throughs and grocery stores or are you cooking mostly whole foods and just trying to optimize your fitness routine that gets results with the least time invested as possible?
I haven't been going to as many bitcoin meetups as I used to because my business growing but I miss interacting with my bitcoin people so I will probably be posting here more often.
I wish they would do something like where there's an instantaneous purchase of Bitcoin and then selling to Fiat or something so there's no capital gains or very minimal. I'm not sure how that would work but I like your idea too.

What does your physique look like? How is your personality? Are you able to tell engaging/funny/entertaining stories about your past experiences?
Do you have the finances to go on dates and spend a little money?
Are you kind? Are you witty And can you engage in playful banter?
In my experience, these things matter so much for a single guy.
But you have to be realistic folks, there are more men than there are women and there are way less men who are ticking off all the above boxes.
Focus on yourself and you'll attract what you seek.
Don't be so thirsty or worried about your experience versus a woman's because it's completely different.
Instead of looking for dates on a dating platform why not just go somewhere in person engage in hobbies or activities that you like and meet people there?
Learn how to have a genuine conversation and build rapport with people and see who you have chemistry with.
Maybe this is why I wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble sleeping if I take more than 200 mg of caffeine.
