A lot of people feel social pressure to indulge when family or friends bring over foods that they normally wouldn't eat. The problem isn't necessarily the food per se but rather the amount consumed that brings one over their caloric target and puts them in a surplus.
As you start making noticeable progress in your physique goals and you have abs then people relish in the fact that you're eating foods that separate you from your goals because it makes them feel better about themselves even subconsciously so you will notice comments especially if you don't partake but then also when you do partake eventually people will talk about it as if to make you feel guilty.
Like "oh Mr healthy is going to have a cookie and cake". If your goals aren't important to you then it's no big deal, go ahead and eat all you want but if you want to reach your goals this year then sometimes it's better to not have cheat meals and especially cheat days because once you break your discipline it's harder to stay on the path for some people.
Achieving and maintaining weight loss is often a mental battle as you debate with yourself. Set backs are set ups to make lasting change.
I work out regularly, I meditate, have good social relationship with people and I prioritize getting seven to nine hours of quality sleep and I eat within 10% of my maintenance calories so I can maintain a lien athletic physique.
Great report. Thanks for the write-up.
I went here for the Bitcoin Fit games last year. Isa and Claudio are great people and are both passionate out Bitcoin and wellness. They have a great gym and even a cold plunge among other amenities at this Bitcoin resort.
I've attached my posts on Instagram from the Bitcoin Fit games. I have a longer video but I'm still editing it but I will be posting it to my YouTube channel.
My page is not private so you can view all my post without an Instagram account.
If you do have an account, please like and comment so more Bitcoiners hear my message of stacking sats and getting fit.
Bitcoin is better money and I help Bitcoiners build better bodies.

Does your watch keep track of your distance for you so you can tell what your time is while you're running? See if you can your pace under 10 minutes
It is sort of counterintuitive but feel free to share the video with anyone who could benefit. I learn a lot from doctors of physical therapy and sports physiologists the apply what I learn in my training and build programs around it.
It sounds to me like a problem isn't necessarily too much junk food but rather too many calories in general if you are eating mostly healthy.
I've had a lot of clients join my program and discover that they were eating their salads with too many calories tracking their food in the Proof of Work Fitness app.
It could definitely help to track what you're doing for 3 to 14 days to give you enough data to make adjustments.
Do you ever run barefoot? I started running barefoot in 2015 and I'm wearing barefoot shoes most of the time.
