Great.
All good here.
I'm starting a Bitcoin walk in Miami so I am excited about that.
I'm down to help but I don't believe that I know the people that run PubKey.
You talking about making a post or something?
People who set goals with external accountability are 64% more likely to achieve them and that number goes up to 95% if there's weekly accountability.
Running is great and I've been running more recently but strength training should be like personal hygiene.
Don't skip your exercise like you don't skip brushing your teeth.
Better Money Better Bodies
I'm at 15 miles for the week and I'll probably run at least a mile before I take a shower this morning.
Another way I like to say Bitcoin is if someone borrows money from me then whenever they pay me back I put it in Bitcoin.
And sometimes people like to send me money that I meet online and I save that in Bitcoin as well
Good job.
So far I'm at a little more than 13 miles for the week running and many many more if you include walking but I don't.
I'm currently doing a bunch of laps while I post content and catch up on DMs but I usually like to run at least a mile but lately I've been talking myself into a 5K
I'm a little sore today so I may not go that far today but it's getting easier.
I did a Spartan race and I was talking to some of my competitors and they said they run 2 miles a day and I was like dang I need to do something like that just to get my weekly numbers up
We should do the IRL Bitcoin Fitness event. Give us all something to be training for.
It's been a pleasure seeing you post consistently about the changes you've implemented into your routine.
It's easier for people to get started with Bitcoin than it is for them to start a fitness journey and stay consistent with it.
They sent the daily or weekly DCA and let it ride but getting them to hit a protein goal everyday is a different story LOL
