I've been taking cold showers since 2014 and I've done multiple plunges.
Not something that I do everyday though. I will normally start my shower normal and then end it with it being cold.
I prefer to be able to jump in water to get completely covered head to toe.
There's a polar bear challenge where people get in the water during winter.
Good job on getting your feet wet with with cold showers.
Cut a small piece and only take that with you to eat. Allow yourself a small piece daily but not to eat the whole loaf in one or two sittings.
