I'd pass. Niche social platforms are hard to monetize, and Bitcoin communities are still relatively small compared to mainstream social media. Unless SN found a durable revenue stream beyond its core audience, I'd estimate a valuation of only $5–10 million.

No. I think tokenization is overhyped. It changes the way assets are recorded and traded, but it doesn't change the underlying value of those assets. Most investors care about returns, not the technology behind ownership records.
