For those who have ever traveled to another country or city, what has been your favorite place you've visited so far?

imagine that money doesn't matter at all, you could do whatever you want or whatever you have always dreamed of, what would you do?

I honestly, would love to do something related to music, I would love to learn how to play guitar and play occasionally at local coffee shops or something like that or, I would definitely do something related to writing, articles, shorts stories, a book whatever it is. imagine doing something you like without stressing about paying next month's rent or, without stressing about how food prices are going up and up

the app gives you direct instructions during training and is very easy to use

I'll leave you with the program I'll be following for the next 8 weeks that the application created for me

Walk for 5 minutes as a warm-up

I came across this app when I was watching a youtube video about get into running, and it's called runna

basically, this apps helps you to train properly for running, it creates a personalized training according to your goal (running 5k, 10k, a marathon or recover from an injury) So far it's seemed quite functional; I managed to create my personalized plan and I'll start testing it tomorrow

also, you can link your strava account, and this is useful to track your run according to your training

I'll be sharing more about my experience with this app as I put my training into practice, but for now I recommend you check it out and see if it works for you.
