In the last month or so tons of USDT were moved from other chains to Liquid. So much that Bitfinex ran out of Liquid USDT and Tether had to issue new tokens. Because Tether cannot freeze them - the transactions are confidential.

I just want to know what the desired end state is for such scammers: do the go for USD or stable coins or bitcoin or monero. Always wish they would provide more details.
