Presumably you are referring to Fiverr.com (which is a marketplace where freelancers list their services and the platform took its name from the price of the tasks when the platform launched)?

This is in contrast to a freelancer service such as Upwork where employers seek to hire a freelancer for a specific task.

Microlancer.io is a service along the lines of Upwork, and does support Lightning network. Microlancer aslo has Microlancer Services, which is more comparable to Fiverr.
