I've been a big fan of George Motz, aka The Burger Scholar, since I first discovered his videos on YouTube. IIRC I was doing a very long water fast and, being carnivore at the time, would mostly bias toward videos that would improve my meat cooking game. He's opened a burger restaurant in NYC (SoHo) and is serving my personal favorite - the Oklahoma onion burger1 - as one of the two burgers on the menu.

Here in the country where I currently live, it's strange because the fries go inside the burger along with the meat, tomato, and lettuce!! At first, it seemed quite strange to me, but I've gotten used to it now!!
I enjoy them with lots of mustard!!

This point would be moot if In N Out moved to NYC but it will never happen because the owners of In N Out have too much common sense
