I have some sort of strain in my ankle, which limited my mobility today. I've been taking hot showers again, in the hope it will expedite the healing process.
How did you do today, Stackers? Hitting those ~HealthAndFitness goals?
Wish you a speedy recovery on the ankle.
I took a very long nap after work, and it felt great.
Today's stats:
You’ll never catch that Johnny guy at that rate.
I think I might be going too hard. Going 11km after a full day of work, the day after a 25km, made my legs quite tired and my pace quite slow. I'm bringing my cousin hiking in an hour or so too. Then back to work after the hike. Maybe I'll just rest and not run tonight.
I'm within 10 miles behind johnny guy though. 8.7 to be exact. Hopefully I will pass him and claim the top spot sometime this week.
I fully endorse getting some rest. You want to still have functional knees when you retire.
I agree. Having functional knees at retirement is very important.
Sleep - Good
Stretching - No
Cold Shower - Not Possible
Outdoor - The dog had me walk at 12: AM last night

OMAD: What's this?
OMAD = one meal a day
sorry to hear about the ankle, i hope you recover speedily.
myself, im still going to the boxing classes, attended one tonight. these are killer. i probably pushed a little too hard because i got heart palpitations.
i then enjoyed bbq chicken and everything was good.
Boxing is a lot more tiring than people expect it to be.
I've been working on this combination comlming from a V-sit or a straddle then transitioning up to a handstand on parallettes or stands.
