I have some sort of strain in my ankle, which limited my mobility today. I've been taking hot showers again, in the hope it will expedite the healing process.
How did you do today, Stackers? Hitting those ~HealthAndFitness goals?

Wish you a speedy recovery on the ankle.
I took a very long nap after work, and it felt great. Today's stats:
  • 50 push ups
  • 11km run at average pace of 5:58/km
  • cold shower
  • 19085 steps

sorry to hear about the ankle, i hope you recover speedily. myself, im still going to the boxing classes, attended one tonight. these are killer. i probably pushed a little too hard because i got heart palpitations. i then enjoyed bbq chicken and everything was good.
