You are asking if a website is down, and I'm showing why it is down -- because the domain was either:

Expired and purchased by someone else (e.g., by a squatter)
Shut down by owner
Confiscated (or shut down by Google)
Transferred (or sold) to someone else
Or some thing such that there is going to be no website there until whomever owns the domain today spins up a website

You perhaps are asking about funds left on the site, and there is no website remaining, and almost certainly there are no funds anywhere.
