Is stacker news the death sentence to reddit?

I personally feel that in the last few years reddit has lowered its quality so much that I'm so happy to finally have found something much better, SN.
Now, I'm not sure SN is going to completely replace Reddit since they are coming from different places, but at least the bitcoiners that used to hang out at reddit, I don't think there's too much left for them there.
Here we have the best of the best, whereas in legacy media like reddit and twitter, which both don't even have sats as native voting, I think this is the best place to have a conversation about what's happening.
Maybe in Matrix there's something else happening, but I'm not sure they have the sats stuff working as nicely as here.
This feels like home. This is nice. Bitcoiners should be here IMO.

I do think reddit is becoming a thing of the past. There's no question that SN has replaced r/bitcoin at this point. I think it's difficult to predict winners right now. I have only been around bitcoin since late 2017, but I think things are progressing at a rapid pace. Nostr is innovating at breakneck speed, and I think all media sources should get on the bandwagon early if only for purposes of survival and maintaining relevance. Growth of lightning innovation within and outside nostr is also incredible. I've heard good things about the impervious browser also. We live in an exciting, rapidly changing time.

it looks like I'm recently more and more pumping sats here ;) (I'm tipping at least 100sat at once when I really like some comment, 1k sat for perfect ones ;)
the better quality content you make the more you earn - should give a snowball effect here in the long term

SN is just starting and their approach is unique and can garner the best bitcoiners have to offer especially with their use of lightning ⚡

Eventually, but reddit still has other topics/subs- I think we all have many other hobbies outside of BTC, for which reddit is still king.
