Thanks, I read your article, but it would have been good if Blue Wallet itself provided the function to transfer between wallets. And also I just found out that the seed phrase in BW is just for the main wallet, a whole other code needs to be saved to backup the Lightning Wallet.

You should read more about LN wallets on my other guides:
https://darthcoin.substack.com/p/lightning-wallets-comparison
and
https://darthcoin.substack.com/p/getting-started-ln
BW indeed has the onchain part non-custodial.
But the LN part is custodial if you use THEIR lndhub node.
That BW lndhub account (LN wallet), indeed can be funded from your onchain wallet, if you click on refill - choose local onchain wallet.
Same happen if you use lndhub on your own node (see my other guide about this).
Also you can use with BW any other lndhub account, self hosted on your own node or custodial (but don't keep too much sats on that). You can use it with LNbits accounts and LNTXBOT accounts.

Read again my wallet guides.
Is not about "a better wallet", is about each wallet for the specific use.
Limiting your use only to Phoenix but not using also others, you are limiting your options.
You will always be a limited user, not a pro.

Assuming this is a "hosted channel" (custodial) LN wallet (which is the default, with Blue Wallet), and also assuming that you do not run an LN node, then you would need to use another tool to do some type of "swap".
There are third party services that will help you do this (e.g., FixedFloat.com), as described in Darthcoin's guide for Submarine Swaps.
Wallet Of Satoshi (WoS) app is among the easiest methods allowing you to deposit via LN, and then withdraw to any bitcoin address. But that's a custodial service. There is no KYC requirement, but using them does not maintain your financial privacy. Same with CoinOS.io and most of the other services that offer swaps (e.g., Fixed Float). Some cannot be used withing the U.S. (e.g., FixedFloat), while WoS and CoinOS can.
There are more swap services in the following list. The ones that have the ⚡ emoji support LN.
Instant Exchanges / Swap Services which do not require identity verification / KYC

Well there is the "real" way which is to close a lightning channel that you own.
Given that you have your sats in bluewallet, the "hack" would be to send them to Muun wallet and from there do a regular btc transaction. Muun "comingles" the two formats for you. So there is a fee but it's not so high I think.
