There are many clients for nostr and there will be many more. If I get banned from a client I can move to another and see every single thing I posted, replied to, etc.
When I got banned from twitter everything I ever did since 2011 was gone.
I don't know how else to explain it.

I see. Thanks. A bit of a double edge sword though, isn't it? If a bad actor shares content that is deemed unacceptable by majority of folks)(ex child pornography) what do we do then?
