It looks like a decentralized blogging platform. You run a node, where you store your "feed" and other people can browse it and tip you. I'm struggling to find how it's different from just running a web blog yourself off your own hardware with a lightning wallet integration unless you can follow other people's feeds.

Of course, it's probably just in the MVP stage and they might plan on doing this.
